As an independent, local, family company with high standards, driven by a vision for perfection in design, craftsmanship and sustainable practices, they were keen to launch their ‘unique’ range of hand crafted kitchens in a way which would help them compete with the highest end kitchen designer-makers.
Our brief incorporated not only a brand redesign, but also the development of a whole new way of communicating with customers – from the way their offering is expressed to introducing the people behind the business. Examples include: The ‘Kettle manifesto… or what makes us boil...’ ‘platinum or gold service – there is no silver or bronze!’
Kettle has evolved into ‘Kettle of Fowey’, more appropriately positioned to reflect its growing fit-out and bespoke kitchen design and build business alongside their thriving ‘off the shelf’ kitchens.
