Property developer Espalier required a ground-up branding and communications programme for a £50m regeneration project in a run-down resort estate in a hidden coastal valley and beach in SE Cornwall.
The regeneration preceded the development of contemporary, high value holiday homes and the rebuilding of sections of a 1960s villa complex and an iconic spa resort facility.
We proposed a two stage brand roll-out, firstly identifying the regeneration in an objective style, followed by a retail brand for the new-build resort. After 10 months the development programme was brought forward a year and the new homes went to market in a national advertising campain in early summer 2013.
